By playing educational games, students of all ages may find themselves lost in the Renaissance, and enjoying it. In fact, a visitor can become, for example, the patron to Jacopo di Cione while he created Madonna and Child in Glory, s beautiful alter piece covered from top to bottom in gold. This is just one example from one game showing how the wealthy and affluent patrons and patronesses supported the flowering of the arts to glorify God.

Watch, for example, as the skeleton of a building is constructed in 10 seconds when the actual time elapsed was 8 months; and the blink of an eye, lasting about half a second spans over 10 seconds. Observe the mechanics of how things at work that are not typically so apparent to the eye.

Even a thousand books of scripture are not enough.
When you have realized understanding,
Even one word is too much.
