The stock market is crashing, the ruble is rubble, home run records are falling.....I feel
the need to create a site called takeabreak.com or remembertobreahe.com
During these hectic times, I ALWAYS find solace at a
COOL SPIRITUAL SITE (actually, isn' t everything spiritual, cool) The word
"satsang" is a hindu term meaning "association with the truth".
Satsangs are customarily given by teachers, last about an hour and can be filled with
silence or sharing.
In the 1991 while living on the island of Koh Samui, in gulf of Thailand, ( I was managing
a resort) a visitor came by and left me a tape of an American teacher named Ganga Ji. I played it over and over. The simplicity of
her message touched and filled me with peace at the deepest level.
She said, "it is our "I" dentification with our personal story that causes
us misery......and when we are really sick and tired, really sick and tired of this
story.....in that moment we can find freedom."

My #1 favorite and most used and useful software program is Perfect Keyboard!
It boots up with the computer and is always there when you need it. If you have repetitive
tasks such as filling out forms or use the same phrase over and over, this is a must have.
It allows for assigning any letter (or key) and pressing the spacebar to type in a word or
phrase.
For example I fill out online forms many time in a day, so I have come up with the
following format. I use the letter "N" as my cue that I am typing a name.
NC(spacebar) is Charles,
NCK(spacebar) is Charles Kessler,
NCAI (spacebar) is Charles Kessler & Associates, Inc.
NPN (spacebar) 310 215 0005 etc.......
