The Cool Tricks and Trinkets Newsletter #4

Greetings,

I hope this note finds you in the best of health and spirits In the best of
spirits.

The Internet reminds me of a philosophical conversation about the
principles of abundance and scarcity. Abundant thinkers believe that there
is an unlimited amount of resources to go around and that the more you give
the more you receive. Conversely, scarcity thinking implies resources
are limited and you had better hold on to what's yours or you won't get
anymore.

No one epitomizes this abundant mind set more than Yahoo.

your neighborhood, or what is on TV, or checking on the weather anywhere,

INTERNET STOCK TOUT -

WARNING - My first job after graduating college was as a broker on Wall
Street. It only lasted for a few years as the call of the 60's, long hair and
San Francisco won out. I also got tired of acting like I knew the answer
to the question, "What is the market going to do?" After I began sharing
my standard answer with clients, "It will go up or down, and tomorrow there
will be a good reason for it in the paper", management decided I was better
suited for a less forthcoming vocation.<g>

CNET - 32 3/4 Symbol CNWK Nasdaq They may not have figured out how
to make money, yet…..but this site is unmatched when it comes to useful
computer information.

The stock has traded as high as 72 and as low as 19 this year. Certainly
not for the faint hearted. I think that it is very close to a bottom. Buy
it and put it away for a few years.

ps The salesman complained that his best client had never sent him a
referral. Of course, since his client was not a physic, he never knew the
salesman wanted referrals..........if you have friends who would enjoy
