It's said that love makes the world go around. To reach that exalted state, you normally have to go through the more problematical dating phase which seems to have a life of its own.

This site offers help for datefully clueless and relationship impaired visitors and includes sections covering the "basics of dating", "dating disasters stories", "dating diaries" and an "ask the expert" section.

The Botspot has been one of my favorite sites for the past 4 years and every six months or so I stop by to see what new "bot" has been added. A "bot" (short for robot) is an electronic agent that scours the web to help you find what you're looking for.

There are many different kinds of bots including Search Bots, Shopping Bots, Software Bots and Fun Bots that you can program to become your personal agents. A fascinating site!

This site, presented by the American Physical Society, offers an interactive timeline that takes a close look at the last hundred years in physics including the atomic bomb in 1942, the Apple II in 1977, quarks and quasars, explorations of the universe and the birth of the Web.

Click through physics factoids, animations, and associated images from the world of art and design, or read about innovators and theorists to understand how their work influences the way we perceive ourselves and our world. A great site!

Brain Matter is an example of a new generation of software applications, built on and with web technology. The applications are delivered just like any web page and will fool you into thinking that you are actually using a conventional software program, even though you're just browsing the web.

Check out their site and learn, when you can afford to buy a house, monitor your GPA or value what your stock options worth. This is surely a glimpse of things to come.
